This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, who else touches it, and how to get it removed. It is written to be read, not to be endured.

Who we are

Your First Parcel is operated by CW Affiliate Investments, LLC. When this page says "we" or "us", that is who it means.

What we collect

When you submit the form on this site, we receive the name and email address you type into it. That is the whole form, and we do not ask you for anything else.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs. Those record things like IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. They are generated automatically for security and troubleshooting, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not ask you for payment details here.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to send you the free chapter you asked for, to send the auction calendar, and to send occasional related emails about tax sale land. That is the whole list.

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing takes effect straight away, and you do not have to explain why.

We use your name to address those emails and to mark your copy of any material you download.

Who else processes it

Two service providers handle your information on our behalf:

Each of them receives what it needs to do that job and nothing beyond it. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone else to use for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your subscription is active. If you ask us to remove it, we remove it. Unsubscribing stops the emails; asking for removal takes your details out altogether.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link inside it. You can also ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
